Welcome to First Umrah Tours. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and your participation in any Hajj or Umrah tour organized by us. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully, as they detail your rights, obligations, and responsibilities as a customer.
1. About First Umrah Tours
First Umrah Tours is a registered travel agency specializing in organizing Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages to Saudi Arabia. We offer a wide range of travel services, such as help with visas, reservations for flights, lodging, local transportation, and religious tour guides.
2. Eligibility
To make a tour reservation with First Umrah Tours, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.
Be physically and mentally fit for pilgrimage as per Saudi regulations.
Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
Provide all required documents, including vaccination certificates and identification.
We reserve the right to decline bookings from individuals who do not meet these requirements.
3. Booking Process
Booking a tour with us requires the following:
Submission of a completed application form.
Providing valid identification, passport copies, and photographs.
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit must be paid.
Full payment must be completed by the due date communicated during registration.
Your reservation may be canceled without a refund of the deposit if full payment is not received by the deadline.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in [Insert Currency] and are subject to change based on airline fares, visa fees, hotel rates, currency fluctuations, or changes in Saudi regulations. Once full payment is made, your price is locked in, unless otherwise stated.We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or in-person cash deposits at our office (where permitted).
5. Cancellations and Refunds
a. By the Client:
The following reimbursement schedule is applicable if you have to cancel your tour:
75% refund (minus deposit) if departure is more than 60 days in advance.
50% refund (30–59 days before to departure; deposit not included)
Refunds are not available less than 30 days before to departure.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation, excluding any non-recoverable costs (e.g., visa, flights, hotel).
b. By First Umrah Tours:
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as visa denial, low group numbers, or changes in government regulations. In such cases, a full refund will be offered, or you may opt for rescheduling.
6. Visa and Travel Documents
We assist with Hajj and Umrah visa applications. However, we are not responsible for:
Visa rejections or delays from the Saudi embassy
Incomplete or fraudulent documentation provided by the client
Entry denials by immigration authorities
It is your responsibility to ensure that all required documents are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Accommodation & Transportation
While we strive to provide the accommodation listed in the tour itinerary, hotels may be changed due to availability or circumstances beyond our control. Substitute accommodations will be of similar standard whenever possible.Transportation services (including airport transfers and intra-Saudi travel) are arranged with third-party vendors. Delays or interruptions may occur due to traffic, weather, or logistical issues, for which we are not liable.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly advise all customers to purchase full-coverage travel insurance that includes:
Medical emergencies
Lost or stolen luggage
Trip cancellation or interruption
Repatriation in case of emergency
Any losses brought on by a lack of insurance are not First Umrah Tours’ responsibility.
9. Code of Conduct
As this is a sacred religious journey, all participants are expected to behave respectfully and abide by Islamic principles. This includes:
Respecting fellow travelers and guides
Dressing modestly and in accordance with pilgrimage guidelines
Following all rules set by Saudi authorities and religious leaders
We reserve the right to expel any participant whose behavior disrupts the group or violates local laws, without compensation or refund.
10. Liability & Disclaimer
While we take every measure to ensure a safe and smooth experience, First Umrah Tours is not responsible for:
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Injuries, accidents, or illness during travel
Missed flights or delays due to airline operations
Acts of God, political unrest, natural disasters, or force majeure events
Our liability is strictly limited to the services we directly provide and does not extend to third-party service providers.
11. Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical condition, disability, or medication requirement at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee availability of medical support in all locations. It is your responsibility to carry necessary medications and consult a doctor prior to travel.
12. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary, flight schedule, or accommodation in the interest of safety, convenience, or compliance with local regulations. We will notify clients of significant changes as early as possible.
13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your tour, please notify our staff immediately so that we may attempt to resolve the issue. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 days of tour completion.In case of a dispute, all matters will be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], and legal proceedings must be conducted within that region.
14. Intellectual Property
